During this Pandemic, Enrich salon, based at Koregaon Park, Pune has resorted to unethical/unprofessional/unscrupolous attitude out of greed. Therapist Neelam - lying to clients about services not available at all or only available with the highest price. This was cross verified with the Enrich App along with the Salon Manager Nandita - the end result of which was that the services were available & also confirmed that Therapist Neelam was lying and purposely wanted to force clients to take up expensive services.
They call up clients to come back for services to run the salon buisness and then therapist decides to make the client wait to grap another client, who was already running late for the appointment. Now the standards are so much lowered that during the Facial treatment - Therapist Neelam of Enrich salon decides to attend another client from behind the closed door of ongoing facial treatment. For everything Enrich only wants to make money by giving false/unnecssary service advices/requirements.
