We only stayed here one night before a tour, but booked a junior suite with a river view. Whilst we were slightly disappointed that the neighbours plants had grown up and pretty much spoilt the water view it was a lovely hotel. Andrea was especially good with directions and help and made us feel very welcome. It is tucked away from the maddening crowds and a short walk to shivneri. Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again should we return. Highly recommended.

Average food quality coupled with over the top behavior of the owner. Couple of times the biryani served is stale. The owners have serious attitude problem and argue with you to any extent if you insist on paying through card and not cash. NEVER TRY IT if you are genuinely concerned about your health, taste and respect.

We tookout 2 orders of veg biryani on Thursday (28-Dec-2017) at 1:53pm and ate a portion of it for lunch at 2:30pm. It tasted ok, nothing special (we were expecting better taste and later we knew why). We kept the remaining porting in the refrigerator and it took it out for dinner at around 8:00pm. When we heated it, it started smelling awful. When we tasted it, we realized that it was spoiled. Next day (29-Dec-2017), we confronted the same cashier who billed us the previous day. He initially said you need to take it out of the packages before refrigerating. When we told him that is what we did, he said we don't give any guarantee that it will remain good for that long and we don't know how you kept it etc. This sounded like excuses because any freshly cooked food should stay fresh for few hours at least and why will one keep food outside when everyone has a refrigerator. they knew they are selling old stale biryani that is very close to getting spoiled. STAY AWAY!!

The worst service, no card acceptance or not even paytm . When we asked owner for this, he was totally arrogant... Saying " cash do" when we asked him why don't u put card swapping.. he said " fek do paise... Humko jyada sikhao mat" even we observed they don't pay GST, as GST number was not given on bill. Owner or cashier is very arrogant.

Availing this packed food on daily basis from this caterers. The catering service is impressive and the food is tasty and healthy at the same time and they deliver the food at the right time. The charges are nominal only. Contented to avail their services.
