I would not even give one star to this shop. Very bad customer service. Doesn't even treat the customers with respect. I would not recommend buying anything from this shop. Better go for online purchases where you would get great customer services and after sales replacement guarantee in case of product issues. The router I purchased from this shop was not working as expected. I called within 2 hrs of my purchase however the owner Prakash Panchilkar instead of offering support, routed to service center and disconnected the call right away. Please don't purchase anything from this shop.
