Very good Internet service and downtime also very less... Thanks for giving good service
Very bad service if broke connection after 6pm It happen often. I got to know that internet is not working at home suddenly 9:00pm. We are facing lot of problems now. We are unable to communicate anyone via internet. I am not able to do my office work now.. And then I got a reply from your team that it can't be done/fixed till morning.. It is very pathetic and irresponsible service from hns... I just stuck and can't reply to my office colleagues.. I don't have any words for such inconvenience when it is required very urgently. Why such things are happening? I would have gone to owner or any other escalator point of contact but then I don't have any information about anyone.... It is very very frustrating no sense services from HNS.. Please let me know if you can fix this issue within an hour
These guys charge money in bulk and have their internet down for 6-7 hours daily. I work for home and this has created serious problems for me. Their excuse for the past 8 months. Some fiber work going on. No one is ready to answer when it will be resolved. On top of that They have absolute idiots at the customer care number who are rude and simply say do what you want, it will be okay when it's time to be okay I have no way out since I have already paid for a year. Can anyone help?I have been a customer since 2015 and this is what you do? Anyone looking for ISP... DO NOT go for HnS. My connection is at Lok Gaurav Vikhroli West MUMBAI.

They never attend calls. Deactivate d Internet service giving a false reason every time i.e. "sorry v hav technical problems or a fibre cut"!! Dis probably gonna occur once u pay for ur annual package
