"I booked the tour packages from Delhi to Himachal pradesh. They charged Rs.65,000 for 16 persons and it was Rs.4,000 for each. We stayed for 3 nights and 2 days. I was impressed with the Swan Tours operator with whom I recently booked a Rajasthan tour package! They were super friendly and helpful and gave me great recommendations for things to do in Jaipur city. The hotels were super comfy and it was a pleasant experience overall. I would recommend them to my friends!

just now I have to give one star because less than one star is not the option here. We booked a holiday trip to Bali for our first wedding anniversary, trust me this was our biggest mistake. The lady named as Sonia, she is a biggest master to make you fool by her sweet and tempting convincing talks but i bet whatever she promise is exactly the opposite you will get. Promises full of lies, just to make you an idiot. She spoiled our trip by booking bad hotels and last minute glitches. She never confirms you back on anything, you have to follow up with her on everything. You have to call her again and again for sending the confirmed itinerary. Regarding hotels,First hotel which she booked in Kuta (Bali), we got a room with two separate beds and when we told her the situation she just said that she cannot do anything and convinced us that it is ok if we have two separate beds. Second hotel in Nusa Dua (Bali), oh god that hotel is the haunted place. It was far in jungle, scary & unhygienic.

Plse koi bhi swan tours se booking mat karna ye fraud company hai isne mere bhai Mohit Thakur ke sath fraud kiya hai usko delex room bol ke standard room provide kiya hai aur chandigarh mai bhot kharab room diya tha khane ka dinner bhi local diya tha. Aur vaha pe ek madam hai jo sab se ghatiya hai unko baat karne ki tamish nahi hai So please aap log ismme booking na ye ek fraud company hai

I booked packages of Manali. The hotel provided by them Khushboo Resort is very good its food and staff is very good. The cab service provided by Mr. Ajay Sharma was very good. Thanks to Ms. Natasha for making our tour so memorable.

I booked this trip for my parents and they really had a wonderful time, thanks to a very well organized trip. Komal was always in touch and was a great help both prior & throughout the trip. The hotels particularly in Srinagar were very good, whereas hotel in Pahalgam could have been better. The houseboat was exceptional in all terms. The cab driver was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great trip booked via Travel Bingo Holidays and happy to recommend in future! Thank you.

Great Experience We had a great trip to Himachal. It was a great experience. The hotels are very good...n it's Service are excellent. The driver is so friendly n kind. Who made our trip full enjoyment.
