I have an AMC No 11558 0f 21/1/2014 in the name of Mahesh valid upto 24?1/2016 for my washing machine model senator.<br/>i had a problem on this unit around first week of june 2014. on13/06.2014 the job was undertaken by your outsourcing m/ce people mr. Johnny and Mr. Rakesh and service was done by replacing the drum relavant rubber washers etc. on20/06/ 2014 a new stand for the unit was placed. since professional people i did not go to check up the unit. But next day while the unit was on operation of washing i saw soapy water was leaking at the bottom of the unit I called the persons and informed about the matter They came and left. on 07/07//2014 I again observed saopy water leaking in good quantity. I lodged the compaint calling your call centre on that day and registered no 13296120 of 07/07/2014. Till this hour no bdy came to attend . Requested to attend this problem as early as possible thanks regards
The water was not draining our in our IFB washing machine after rinsing the clothes.So,we directly serviced it from the IFB center.They overhauled the problem very quickly and the cost was normal.
IFB Industries Ltd. manufacture IFB electronics and one of m friend is working in this firm and 2 years ago i purchased microwave oven of this brand and my friend recommended about this brand and gave me reference of shop from where i purchased it
