Worst experience ever. Don't ever use their service. Giving one star as its the minimum. They deserved the worst ranking. 1. Its been 2 months, they lost my 1 month old shirt. Promised to give new shirt of the same brand(Around INR 1200). Now they are saying to settle the matter in INR 300. Am I looking like a beggar. 2. I have given 5 pieces to do washing and ironing. And per piece they have charged INR 20. They have taken the full amount INR 100. Including the charge of the lost one. How on the world some one can charge which they have lost. 3. Their employees don't know how to take the matter seriously.
