Any word more then miserable & worst in dictionary suits them most
One can give order to railway caterer rather then them.. Beleive it wadapav of road side if far better then there food.
Most horrible thing is in buffet they ask people "Are you veg or non veg".. N depend on that they serve you n if by chance u said veg ..dont ever thing you get non veg.
Cherry on the cake they wont allow to take food by yourself, its they who decide how much quantity you are going to have.
Cold drink they serve is expired..n non brand.
Icecream is like foam and again non brand.
At the rest if you have plenty of money to waste n ready to have pathetic food along with worst service pleae go ahead give order to them for the party.
