Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Charged Without Providing Service, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I wanted to share my recent experience with Kamkoj's Japa maid service for part-time assistance. Initially, I agreed to a higher fee for the maid and promptly submitted a registration amount of 1000 rupees, placing my trust in their services. However, approximately a week later, Kamkoj assigned a maid without conducting a proper background check. This maid was an elderly lady who struggled to fulfill the duties expected, even for a nanny role like changing diapers. Consequently, my family and I ended up taking care of her. I immediately requested a replacement maid and paid for the days the first one had worked. After multiple requests and follow-ups, Kamkoj finally arranged for another maid. Unfortunately, this new maid lacked the skills to provide baby massages and bathe the baby properly. Hygiene standards were also not met. It became apparent that Kamkoj did not conduct adequate background checks on their maids, resulting in a significant waste of our time, money, and energy.

The experience was great! We would have never found a better nanny anywhere else. She manages our child and our home super efficiently and is a very positive happy person. She now lives with us 24/7. What I liked about Kaamkhoj is the 7 days cooling period.
