DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH HIM FOR YOUR DREAM HOUSE. HE SHOULD BE BANNED FROM THIS BUSINESS. The worst construction/contractor. We gave the contract to Frederick and Shiv Kumar trusting their words but it turned out to be a big shit show of irresponsibility and fraud. They will make your life miserable in terms of money, work timeline and issues in the construction quality. We didn't know it would be the worst 5 months of our life. A simple task which was agreed on went into the drain. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR CONTRACT. HE IS A FRAUD. Eventually we found 4 other clients who had the same experience, money paid but the work not done. Reach out to me for details. I will share their phone numbers and you can contact and know for the truth directly. IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY AND NOT YOUR WORK. The only thing they care about is money. They will just take the advance money and use your money for their other project delaying your project.
