I got service from "Maa Power Systems". I approached them to repair my Honda 3 KVA generator. There was an issue in spring and generator belt. The technician came with a small boy who was his assistant. He checked the issue and told belt need to be replaced. I told him to bring a new belt from the shop and replace but he didn't go. He told that he came from a long distance so he can't go again. After the argument, I told him to replace the belt which he was having. In between, he was always busy on calls. While doing the service also he was speaking on phone. I thought he will finish the work within 25 minutes but he has taken 45 minutes for the service. He replaced the spring and generator belt. Before the service, he quoted Rs 850 but after service, he was asking to pay Rs. 1250. After negotiation, I paid Rs. 1100. When I asked for the price variation he was not responding properly and giving silly reasons.

Before my Generator was an issue, I got a good service through this service vendor, His service is Quite good, There was a starting trouble in my Honda Generator, Now the vendor corrected it the starting trouble issue and Loading trouble,This is the residential purpose generator, They charged me 7000 for this service, Which I feel the service is average, But his service is Good and he is professional
