am writing to inform you that the display issue on my TV has been fixed and the display is working properly now. However, I have noticed that the clarity of the TV has decreased since the issue was fixed. In comparison to before the fix, the picture quality is not as good as it used to be. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I am not sure if this is related to the fix that was done. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a resolution as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing back from you soon. Very bad experience, they have quoted high rate for service and ask them not to do service and request return the item, but without my concern they have repaire my TV and they demand either I have to give the TV to them for a cheap price or I have to pay and take TV back. After that they are not picking up my call and responding to my mail.

I am very much satisified with their service and response. The most important advantage I found with them is they properly investigate the issue and inform us about the corrections instead of suggestly costly board replacements unnecessarily. They corrected my LED TV and and I was able to use the TV after the repair. Thank you for the service. I will call your team for all any such issues that I face in future too.

I had a flickering issue with my Sony 40 inch TV. Technofork took the TV in Aug and returned it after a month and charged us Rs. 4500 informing us that some board has been changed . After 2 days the same issue started and after a lot of follow up they took back the TV. When we started following up again, they informed us that some other board has to be changed and they were unwilling to accept that they had changed any other board previously. Anyway, today after another 2 months, we have received back the TV with Thesmartserv job sheet no. 161. As soon as the technician left, the TV started flickering again and none of the data inputs are working. We tried to contact technoserv again, but have so far not been successful. Looks like they haven't done anything to repair the TV at all or they don't have any professionals to repair such issues. They had originally contacted us through sulekha, so I will definitely lodge a complaint there too. I won't recommend Technofork for any TV repairs.
