I shopped for 4 dresses. I had to visit them 3 times for alterations on one dress worth 5K. On the day of the final alteration, the tailor had basically ripped the dress near stitches. The salesperson will over promise before you buy a dress that yes height can be decreased, shoulders can be altered perfectly. After you pay for the dress, the tailor says it cannot be altered because of random reasons. Arguments over arguments, the tailor agrees to see what can be done. But after alterations, if it goes south they will refuse and say it's not their fault. The unnecessary hassle & arguments while shopping, unprofessional rude & self absorbed salespersons and low accountability on the shop's side are the downsides of this business.

Would like to share my experience with a garment store named cre8 mens wear, bought a jeans which was already defective but wasn't seen at the time of purchase but later after 2 days observed the same. Spoke with the shopkeeper but now they refused to return & exchange. Check the products before buying from here because customer satisfaction is zero. Pathetic service and false promises. Before selling something commit best possible service and quality but once they get their money, they start showing their true face. for each complaint, you may end up calling 10-15 times or more. You may not get what you have been promised also.
