After sales servicing under gurantee is an issue. Though the work done was fairly good, their response on any services after installation and payment is very slow. They do not pick calls and are very slow in providing servcie.

We hired Konark Interiors for our Modular Kitchen work. We really liked their design as it helped me in best utilisation of my kitchen space. We are very satisfied with their work and highly recommend their services.

On July 15, 2020, I hired Konark for doing renovations in my newly purchased flat. My experience with Konark ended on a real sour note. Contrary to whatever they might tell you, they are inexperienced and incompetent. They are not willing to do market research, and while working with them we realized they definitely have not worked on big projects. We didn't like the quality of the work they did at all. It has only been 3 months of living in the flat and already we?re facing issues with the work they did. They have used the lowest quality of all products, if we agreed on Hettich, they have given us Hettich but the lowest grade, which has already stopped working. Towards the end, we were so fed up with their delays that we had to ask them to stop working and instead hired someone else to finish the work. They also used subpar plywood, despite the contract stating BWP, they used MR grade (cheapest) and tried to hoodwink us by stamping it with BWP manually. I 100% wouldn't recommend them.

these people are big time frauds.. i am dealing with them for past 2 months.. they have taken 50,000 advance and not yet delivered anything.. and not even returning the advance. Absolute disaster !! please dont get into the trap of fancy images like we did. these people are not only unprofessional but shameless and are into this money making business through fraud means. i have reported both Anand and Sandeep to police and also filing a case against them.
