Dear team, I had purchased XUV500 on 29th from Toyota u trust, but service is worst... First they will tell they clear all the problems.. but later they won't respond at all.. at the time of delivery they even didn't washed properly... We had to wait for 3 hour just for water wash.. they even did't check properly or clean before giving the car.. it was night time we thought they have done properly... but in the morning when I saw the vehicle it was not even cleaned properly.. I thought its brand they will provide good service or good car... I have to contact multiple time to clear my issue.. one or the other problems... They will tell that they provide warranty and solve problems if any... But when I try to call them they will not respond or even don't pick my call. Think before buying.. Finally when I checked the history of car it is accidental n windshield is being changed and even right side bumper is painted.... thank very much team.. Toyota u trust in not worth to trust...

Very bad experience, I booked New I20 on Jan 16th, promised delivery by Feb 28, paid full amount on Feb 22nd, till date as on 16th April, car has not been delivered. Very poor response from the sales consultant and customer service. I am cheated since they are holding my money and not delivering the car. Never go there.

Very Bad service. On car booking cancellation they committed to refund between 5 days, its 11th day now. Still they need time. Don't know for what they are waiting for.... No value for customer and customer money amd customer time. Please keep yourself away from Dangerous dealer like this. I am now bound to file a consumer complaint against them. Your choice now.

I visited Lakshmi Hyundai Kalyan Nagar branch on September 30th 2020 and booked I20 car I had paid an advance of Rs 5000. During the time of booking sales executive had told me incase of you have any issues you cancel the booking any time and 100% refund of booking amount is applicable. Later on October 30th 2020 I cancelled booing due to some financial problem. I had even raised request for refund and submitted cancellation letter.,form and I was informed that refund will be credited to my account in 10days. It has been more than 1 month since I have raised request for refund and still I have not received the refund amount. No proper response from sales executive. Can someone look into this on priority as branch staffs are inefficient in providing service to customers.

THEY ARE SUPER CHEATERS. BEWARE OF these guys named Vikram (Branch Manager), Karthik (branch mgr) and last but not the least Darshan, Shachin & Ramya. All these fraud people together in a team will cheat you. They are all the same. Nobody among these is honest.they are the best in cheating the customers.
