Worst and fraud service travels and car rental provider. We had agreed upon amount with decent sedan A/C car. The driver came late by 2 hrs, asked for extra money on top and left us at a spot in the middle of the day with no sight of coming back. We had to call for support to pick us up. On top of it they cancelled our booking for remaining days.

COMPLETELY FRAUD AGENT. DON'T USE ANY SERVICE FROM THIS FRAUD. No.1 fraud travel agent of Vadodara. Suggesting everyone not to use any service or take any car on rent from this agent. They looting public in the name of different charges, increasing rent of car on end time, taking extra hours charging while returning the car and blaming you for the scratch which could not done by you and threaten you for police case if you denied to pay. NEVER NEVER NEVER you service from this stupid and fraud agent..

Worst Service !!!! Dont Trust this guy......I have booked a Tempo Traveller of 17 seater and he sent a tempo traveller of 12 seater. Also had to wait for long for the bus at Vadodara station. When I asked for refund for the diff. of amount for a smaller vehicle ...he threatened us that he will call of the service if we didnt pay. He forcedfully have charged us amount for 17 seater vehicle. Also we had forgotten 01 jacket at the bus which we asked them to return us by courier. Its been almost three months now he is not returning and saying its there i have already collected, i am out of station will courier afterwards. But till now i have not got the jacket. I have forgiven him for all his mistakes but now i think i should bring this to all of the clients who are dealing....just beware with this agency.
