We hired Pencil plus to complete the design portion of the our residence renovation project. Najumi & Anees were easy to work and communicate with, responsive, and timely with his work. Any time we had a question or hesitation, They were happy to talk with us to work it out and pencil plus struck a great balance between respecting the budget and using available money to make high impact design decisions. The finished project is gorgeous and we've had lots of positive feedback on pencil plus work.

Working with Najumi & Anees - well made my renovation project EASY.<br/><br/>I shared my thoughts and vision and then Pencil plus went to work coming back with flexible options that would help keep my project within budget.
