Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I am writing to formally express our dissatisfaction and concern regarding the unprofessional conduct and substandard work delivered by Ranjith.
Despite receiving an advance payment, the services rendered so far fall significantly short of expectations. Most concerning is the fact that one of the proposed room designs features no windows at all—a baffling oversight for any competent architect. Proper ventilation and natural light are basic requirements in architectural planning, and this kind of omission reflects a lack of expertise and attention to detail.
We trusted you with an important part of our project, but unfortunately, your actions suggest a lack of both professionalism and knowledge in your field. At this point, we are extremely disappointed and feel that the money paid in advance has not been justified by the quality.
