With Lovely ambience, courteous staff, clean and huge land in acres and lavishly spacious plot area, our experience was absolutely comfortable and memorable. Site Manager is very nice, He explain each and every thing about the land. His attitude is top notch with a great sense of service. He was helped us move around pune and arrange the site visit for. I thank him for his warm hospitality. I really like to buy property in Balajidham, south pune!

please don't go for buying any property from any project of this builder,Fraud builder not giving possetion on time, I Broight flat in her SHUBHAARAMBH Project which is in the Aalandi & as per agreement 31 DEC 2022 is the possetion date but till date only 50% work is completed also project working is very slow,Only asking money from home buyers. I am getting financial burdan of home loan emi & home rent due to this builder please "I RE-REQUESTING TO ALL OF YOU PLEASE DONT GO TO BUY ANY PROPERTY FROM THIS FRAUD BUILDER." Extremely bad service...they lured me into purchasing a property in Hinjawadi Phase 3 with a commitment of renting it out. After I took possession of the flat, they stopped taking my calls. They got a fat commission from the Builder on my deal, but cheated me. These guys are not at all trustworthy and I suggest you to refrain from dealing with them.
