reliance broadbavd connection internet was slow, 1800, 7.2mbps, 2g, 4. <br/>Taken Reliance Broadband Internet Connection for Residential Purpose from this service provider. They billed around Rs.1800 for the instillation. It has 7.2 Mbps internet and unlimited data. The internet speed was slow and I am using 2G. I contact the customer care and informed regrading the problem. The service was not to the exception.
Horrible serivce and response by Reliance broadband. Had applied for broadband connection and its been 20days and no response progress from them. The executive who took the cheque and documents is not picking call. My cheque has already been debited from my acccount. Customer care doesnt respond on multiple complaints. Have dropped multiple emails but no response or updates. I now want to cancel the application, but none is providing a way. They have one horrible service. Will never suggest even my enemy for reliance broadband.
I have taken reliance connection from this agency for personal use. I am paying Rs.700 monthly and the speed which I am getting is 1 Mbps. Their service was great and I am happy with their job.
