Very worst service i found in my lifetime. All employee in that premisses not having any kind of professional ethics or manners to treat a customer. Definitely it ruin out their business. Jaffa guys.

Giving wrong commitments Before 3 month i visit this store for postpaid to prepared sim Counter number 1 person told me continue in postpaid we promise next 6 month bill coming 70% off but i didn't gate this offer Now they told me we not given commitments i told him pls chek your CCTV than he told me go to gandhinagar showroom Ghandhinagar showroom person also told waiver off not possible

Opted for prepaid from post paid from airtel mathikere center. Paid the amount and recharged. But suddenly the service is stopped. When i went they replied that you application is processed but put they have retained your post paid connection. Then again I went back spoke to the person in the store. They are blaming the service people who called may a day after i have applied the connection. They told do you want to retain the post paid for which there are some special offer for which I denied. Still they have retained to post paid. After 5 days when the phone was not changed to pre paid I went to airtel store mathikere and complained. They argued so much, but still they forced me to give new application which i did. They gave new sim card also . After 2 days the sim card is not working. When i put the new sim card also it was not working. Service is so bad.
