Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service
Worst service center. Had gone for monitor repair, first they took all details & recorded it on brand service application, then refused to repair stating the bill does not have serial number mentioned. Made me go to seller to update the bill. The seller didn't help stating workload and said to get email from service centre denying service against no serial number I again this service center but they refused to give me email or written confirmation. Finally I contacted brand on their chat support and they just asked for bill and photo of monitor and within 2 days they sent new monitor to my home and took back the old monitor. The service center people only care where they can make money and in my case they knew they can't earn anything as my product was in warranty period. Beware they are notorious for stealing computer parts too as there was a guy fighting with them for stealing his original parts.
Frauds! Cheats! Shud rate them "-5' (minus five). They repaired my Dell Laptop keyboard problem on behalf of OnSiteGo (under Croma Extended Warranty). Instead of Dell genuine parts, they replaced non-dell cheap parts. Keyboard stopped working in 9 mts. Also they replaced Motherboard even though only Keyboard was faulty. Today I got it checked from Dell Authorized Service Centre, Malad and they showed me that the keyboard is not genuine Dell part.
Gave my laptop for repair service here. Their service was average and not that productive since they did not repair my laptop stating they did not have spare parts. The charged 550 for checking the problem.
