1.Quoted low price to get the offer 2.Some of the carpenters are dedicated 3.Though the distance between my place and carpenters residence is around 45 KM he initially told the carpenters are travelling the equal distance for other jobs also. During the work in progress he informed that carpenters are not comfortable with the travel . 4. Frequent change in the team and poor follow up in continuing the work 5.Frequent interruption in work due to worker shortage which led to too much delay in completion of work 6.Poor communication . You will not get return communication 7. Reluctant to carry out rectification jobs after hand over. 8. Not able to fix L type doors hinges supplied by Ebco instead they used screws 9. While using G type handles they did not fixed end caps. Instead they were telling it is not included during purchase of G handles. Initially carpenter didn’t know how to fix the G type handles. They didn’t know the consequences of not fixing the end caps
