The supplier chain has been consistently unreliable. Despite warnings, a new labor deployed by the supplier continues to deliver underweight cylinders. This issue has persisted for almost a year, contributing to illegal practices where gas is sold underweight in local shops. Efforts to address the problem have been unsuccessful, necessitating intervention from higher authorities to ensure fair business practices.

Itni ghatiya service maine kisi branch ki nhi dekhi hai. Staff ko baat karne ki tameez nhi hai na jaldi phone pick karte hai. Vikash koi staff hai o bolta hai mera jiska man karega uska phon uthaunga Or aek bat kisi se bat ho jae uska dobara phon nahi uthate dusre dusre number se phon karna padta he inse bat karne ke liye sainik encleve mailn road najafgadh 110043

Never picked the call. Always provide less weight of gas cyllinder from actual weight of cyllinder with gas

Madhu gas agency is a fraud gas agency they are always giving 2 & 2.5 kg low weight gas in sylider and if you are raised any complain against this they Threatening you on call and at your home with goons so plz take care of your self.

Sona Enterprises providing very bad service. They even don't care about their customer. In this pandemic COVID-19 situation they refused to provide essential services. They need to sensitize their staff, how could they refuse for services in the emergency situation. I have booked my cylinder with customer id - 33184. No satisfactory reply came from their concern staff. Everyone use to remove their hands from responsibilities.
