Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem
very bad service . pickup boy murli was told several tiem to check clothes before taking but he never used to check still we check and give and this time we gave all the clothes and he went to the store and somewhow put black stains in my clothes and send me pics from the laundry store. clearly this has been done by his negligence and latter blames us for the stains. not a good laundry to give clothes as they can destory it and latter blames us
Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount
I was cheated by "Spin Cycle" Horamavu Branch 1) They overcharged to begin with. The price for dry cleaning trouser mentioned on the menu in the shop was INR 70, but I was charged INR 85. 2) I have Empyrean Purple Membership, and I wasn't given the applicable discount. 3) When I called the store, the man at the store said that the excess amount would be refunded online, but I would need to make the payment for the original bill amount first, and only then the excess amount would be refunded. So, I paid the entire amount and till date (4 days have passed) the excess amount hasn't been refunded. Brilliant service. I am a regular customer of theirs for the past 2 years. I have not faced any issues at all. I wanted to stand up for the good work they do as I feel it should not be shadowed by the other reviews as they are honest, timely and arguably the best we have in bangalore
The worst laundry service you would ever find. They burn your expensive new blazer instead of dry cleaning and take it back for inspection keeping you hanging. The customer care won't even bother to address your issue leave alone getting compensation from them for your ruined blazer. I haven't even got my blazer back nor have I heard from these guys in the past one and half weeks.. Pictures will clearly show their utter negligence.. Shame on you spinCycles
