He started his humble beginnings as a street theatre artist creating awareness on Social Issues and after pursuing his career in the field of Event management Mr.Mandar, has spearheaded the organization with his able team.Rangmanch was born as a promotion & event production house. Right from its inception, Rangmanch has been catering to many promotional events and solutions for corporate launches, event & promotions, road shows, In-Shop promotions etc. Rang munch has a staunch belief that    marketing communication is most effective when it is accurately focused with strategic planning. Rangmanch providing complete assistance in planning and execution of Event management and promotional events. In addition to Promotional event strategies the team also conducts many street play workshops at various colleges and organizations and has trained many street play groups for Non Government and Government organizations.
