Went through many agencies and services and finally hired a maid from sunstar maid. As of my experience I really liked the service, the hiring experience was quick and smooth. Its been 3 months now having no trouble with the maid. I have read many negative comments too regarding this agency but as per my experience I had no issue and also not everytime maid agency can be blamed for the problems created by the maids.

Very arrogant and rude behavior from the agency. We paid the full fee upfront and the maid left in 10 days and the agency is not providing any replacement and not even taking our calls. Pls be careful.

Provided a maid with wrong age..told 38, provided a maid for 48 yrs who had all ailments and once slept off with baby in hand..when asked said I need meds (costing 2000 rs every month of diabetes , bp, vitamins etc. ) to be born by me. More than that , scare was sleeping or dozing off with baby in hand, (In addition to sleeping for 3 hrs in the afternoon and by 9 pm in the night) - truly irresponsible and when sent back within 12 days - no refund was given and experience a very impolite rude and professional response. Be aware of such services and harm it might cause to your family !

BEWARE!! Naveen kept talking very nicely and keep making excuses at first. Then stopped taking our calls. Then we had to keep changing phones to get in touch. Didn't provide replacement. Mr. Naveen wont answer his phone. Even though he is in Mumbai, keeps saying he is in the village for his sister's marriage. He is a cheat. All the positive posts on google are put by Naveen himself.
