"THIS IS Rajesh. I WANTED TO SHARE SOMETHING ABOUT THE TIME WHEN I ENROLLED AT BAFEL. DUE TO SOME PERSONAL ISSUE, I WAS NOT ABLE TO CONTINUE MY COURSE AND I ALREADY SUBMITTED 3 MONTHS FEES AT BAFEL. SO, I ASKED THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY. I EVEN TOOK LOT OF THEIR TIME ARGUING ON THIS ISSUE BUT THEY WERE ADAMANT ON THEIR DECISION. THEN, THEY SUGGESTED ME AN ALTERNATIVE WHICH WAS REALLY HELPFUL. THEY TOLD ME THAT IF I BRING SOMEONE ON MY REFERENCE, THEN THEY WOULD REFUND MY AMOUNT. I REMEMBERED ONE OF MY FRIEND WAS LOOKING FOR AN INSTITUTE FOR PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT CLASSES.
