THIS IS Rajesh. I WANTED TO SHARE SOMETHING ABOUT THE TIME WHEN I ENROLLED AT BAFEL. DUE TO SOME PERSONAL ISSUE, I WAS NOT ABLE TO CONTINUE MY COURSE AND I ALREADY SUBMITTED 3 MONTHS FEES AT BAFEL. SO, I ASKED THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY. I EVEN TOOK LOT OF THEIR TIME ARGUING ON THIS ISSUE BUT THEY WERE ADAMANT ON THEIR DECISION. THEN, THEY SUGGESTED ME AN ALTERNATIVE WHICH WAS REALLY HELPFUL. THEY TOLD ME THAT IF I BRING SOMEONE ON MY REFERENCE, THEN THEY WOULD REFUND MY AMOUNT. I REMEMBERED ONE OF MY FRIEND WAS LOOKING FOR AN INSTITUTE FOR PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT CLASSES. SO, I REFERRED HIM AT BAFEL AND GOT MY MONEY BACK. I WAS GLAD THAT THEY GAVE ME AN AMAZING ALTERNATIVE EVEN THOUGH I WAS THE ONE DISCONTINUING THE COURSE. I HAVE SEEN NO OTHER INSTITUTE DOING THIS KIND OF THING. BAFEL WAS SO UNDERSTANDING AND COOPERATIVE.

Best english learning coaching in west zone ! I must say . Teachers are highly qualified and experienced . This institute also helped me to become a confident and decent personality. Specially thanks to Prashant sir who motivated me alot . In the last I would like to say tht I am truely satisfied with the institution .

This is the great place to go all the teachers and staffs are nice and helpful they are always ready to help in any situation I think that I will keep learning English in this institute to improve because it is the best place to study . People here are so friendly and helpful they make me feel comfortable , motivated and excited about learning English ( Prashant sir is one of the best teachers over here )thank u sir to be with me ...

Joined the BAFEL in Uttam Nagar branch for the PTE evening coaching classes for one month course. they had charged Rs 8000 for the course. Its been a few days only, but the coaching was not up to the mark. I'm thinking about changing the institute.
