They kept the laptop for 20 days. The issue isn't resolved either. However the worst part is they even tampered the entire mother board. Worst experience. Arrogant reception and owner.

I will tell you why you should never go to this company for laptop repair and service. They took nearly two weeks to tell what is wrong with system and estimated a ridiculous bill which costs more than the laptop. When i asked not to be repaired, they took 3 more days to return it and the laptop was physically not in the same position. I suspect they even broke some of the hardware just to match their overpriced bill.

Purchased Desktop from this vendor where the cost was very normal. They have given warranty period. The sales person showed me the different model and explained its salient features. Out of it, I choose this one. Glad to purchase from this vendor
