Kukreja Electronics is one of the worst dealers in the Jayanagar area. After purchasing my brand new sony tv from them I realized afterwards that I had been cheated as they had bought the TV from Devi International and sold it to me for 8,000 rs more... Kukreja electronics is full of Cockroaches and Cocksuckers. They are only fit for fraudulent work... Buyers pls beware of going forward and doing any dealings with them if you need computer accessories you are better off going to SP road instead

If only zero star was an option. Pathetic service. Visited to get my 6 month old in warranty laptop fixed, instead of getting the issue resolved, they installed an unlicensed version of office in place of a licenced version which I had before. Not to forget the extremely rude staff who had absolutely no interest in solving the issue. Later reached them to help with the office issue, to which they simply refused to provide a solution, when rather forced to help, they asked me to travel from electronics city to jayanagar AGAIN which was not feasible. Later they asked to call on a toll free number which also was not working. Took the laptop to lenovo center in jaipur. Got it fixed in just 24 hours with utmost DIGNITY from the staff. So, NEVER go to this center.

They have given a one year warranty for the laptop. The cost of the Laptop cost was they collected its very nominal to me. I am fruitfully satisfied with their response.
