Absolutely waste, I have recently bought a 8 GB DD3 RAM (hynix), and when I came home it was not working, Since then I have visited three times and these people keep giving me excuses or they route me to a building where there is no one responding. On first revisit they gave me my same RAM they sold be after 30 minutes saying that it fixed. On Second revisit they gave me and old Hyper x Blu RAM saying that it is a replacement As obvious, because it was from some old pc, it broke in 2 weeks. On third revisit they asked me to leave RAM saying that it would take days to replace so come after two days.

Be cautious with this store and their salespeople as they are absolutely Fraud N Liars. I got a Refurbished Dell Laptop by the name of a brand new although its a policy that it should be told to a customer n should be mentioned on your invoice but they have not. I have an email which mentions it still they are not cooperating and admitting this fraud. Very irresponsible and fraud acts here. Don't care for customers monetary values. Beware and don't be victims.

Horrible experience. Deal was committed at some price but they start arguing once deal was finalized. Denied to give laptop bag as it's a compulsary item that every other shop provides. Given me a damaged box first, when i said i will not accept they managed to give me another box. Staff Always insisting for payment kara lo sir even before they shown me box. Very rude staff and totally disappointed from their way they deal customer. Could not expected this could be asus exclusive store. recommend not to buy from here. You have to pay 1000 rs challan here before you even make a deal otherwise they will not show you the laptop. Always make sure you confirm that what they are giving you before making payment otherwise it could be a big trouble later if you pay. Never ever pay advance before checking item and specially laptop bag .

I have contacted the police about your fraud business. How you charge money by fraud and untruthful manner. I have also put an complaint in ASUS that LAPCOM PERIPHERALS PVT LIMITED have been breaking the term and condition with their customers and taking money in fraud ways. At first i was charged with Rs 400 for talking out of a bill but i some how begged them that i am a student and they reduced it to 300 and when i asked for a recipt or bill they refused to give then i got to know that they are fraud people and geting some money for their enjoyment at night. And also i have complaint about Racial discrimination calling me a "cinki" , "Foreigner". For uneducated people like them our Nation can never go forward. For fraud like them our country name becomes bad as today i am the victim, yesterday there might have been more and next also they will carry on there Fraud work making other people fool. There should be strict action taken against them. There people are the stains in our nation which we have to erase.
