This bus has very bad service and the behavior of their stop is very bad. Yesterday afternoon (21-04-2024) I booked a single sleeper seat in their bus (seat number D) and reached the pickup point before my time but no call came from any staff of the bus. I had to board the bus at 6:40 PM. When I called their staff, I came to know that there is no seat for me in bus BR28P3452 but I had received confirmation of my seat booking by WhatsApp and text. Then I was called ahead from my pickup point about 2 kms. After that, I got the number of my other bus (NL07B0898) through a call at 6:42 in which no time of arrival of the bus was told. Then I got the bus at 9:05. The service of this bus was also not good. They switched off the AC 2 hours before the dropping time. After asking, they behaved rudely and then switched it on. The behaviour of the staff was also not good. The bus seat covers were dirty and the curtains were torn. show my suggestion is don’t travel this bus
