Yeah its a new house and as previously said its a dream house!!!! Before investing huge amount read this full article and decide... Its not even 18months old after the construction but facing hell lots of problems. First of all am not much familiar in this construction field so only chose the good engineer like this vidhathri constructions. where i fully depended and trusted him so much but finally became a fool. Before the construction work started engineer promised that he will give guarantee for 5years. Here below am attaching some of the photos where you can see how does a newly constructed house will look within a year. There are so much of problems in the house when am trying to call engineer nor asking him to meet to speak about this problems he his never responding and still today he never turned up. Yes my only mistake was at the time of construction whenever he was asking money i was arranging somehow and giving. as all you people know how horrible it will be for investing
