Very bad experience with the shop in regards to printing of wedding cards for my brothers marriage.. as a customer i gave order to this shop and not the third party that they engage for printing the cards.. as a shopkeeper they should respect customer and their needs, they can't answer the customer ki "cards mil nahi rahe aapke".. they directly stand responsible to the customer in case something wrong happens.. waha jugaad nahi ho sakta ki kuch cards dusre lot ke lelo.. the shop owner doesn't take the responsibility.. wl nvr suggest any1 to go this shop, they spoiled our special occasion for having goof wedding cards.. totally annoyed with the owner and his response to entire situation..

This is fraud company. They will take money from you and they will never pik call of you. Avinash Mehta and Ankit Mehta both are unproffesional people . One should never trust this company Rainbow cards. After this incident I came to know they are doing all this from last 15 years. Very bad name in all over market.

Owner makes lots of promises but does not deliver to satisfaction. Card designing is good but printing work has no quality control. Cards supplied were almost 20% rejected. Though replacements were made available it meant extra work of inspecting all at home and separating the rejects. No delivery of the replacements of the rejects . These had to be collected by the customer. Owner is not customer friendly at all. At the first sign of customer expressing dissatisfaction he bristles and becomes defensive and angry. Work got done but the experience was not pleasant at all.

They delayed process too much and rarely picked call. You have to contact them every time to get your work done. Otherwise it doesn't matter to them whether process will delayed for 1 to 2 months.

Purchased 150 invitation cards from this G.N. Prints. They responded well and had a variety of cards in latest trend. Their service was really good and charge of one card was Rs 17, the total cost for 150 cards was 2550 which was nominal to me.
