Charged 16500 for 1 year service 5500 was for optical fibre which they claimed will give uninterrupted supply Plus they claimed to have attached special plugs/switch in the box provided at my terrace to take care against any disruption. 100 bps was promised but even 50 bps is rarely achieved when the connection is working Every week 2-3 days they give only intermittent supply And at least once in fortnite there is no connection for 5-6 continous days They donot pickup calls and they tell lies if ever they come on phone line claiming that this is the first time in the whole year that the connection has gone To sum up- poor service, foul language, quarrelling mode always on, no commitment to any verbal assurance given at the time of taking cheque for internet service. Not recommended at all

Highly cheat people. They will communicate something else and post installing connection will deviate from their words and charge you way higher than what was agreed upon. This has happened for both installation charges as well as modem charges. Highly suggested not to opt for this service provider. The internet quality is also not upto the mark. Also the manpower is not very professional to deal with.

One of the worst experience with this Ultranet. Seriously they are not reliable. I will never suggest anyone to use Ultranet. It?s better to use other networks they are also cost effective as compared to their services. In terms of speed services they are just doing fake promises not even they are providing 25% of their promises.
