I have purchased 2 Hikvision cameras(2 MP) from them and they did the installation also. I paid Rs. 9800 for that which includes purchase, cable and installation. Once there was a problem so they resolved after 2 days. So, I felt that there is a communication gap between the technician."

"Received excellent service from this IT Infotech A Total Solution, Thakurpukur (Amod Mondal). Recently I requested for Printer Service, A Technician came to my place and done the repair of the paper jam. now my printer working good, they charged me rs. 400. Overall I am happy with the service provider."
