dont go for this one at any cost, they will harass you with a 100 calls but as soon as you make the payment they stop caring. They changed my trainer immediately after charging me the amount - I am not satisfied with her and they are refusing a refund. I took 4 demo classes and 3 out of 4 of them were no good at all. Tehy don't understand your requirements at all, they don't know how to conduct their business AT ALL. Most of their trainers are not well trained.

My age is 63year accordingly Therapist Sapna have design my classes every day Thank you so much Guru Yogabandhu prashanth for motivation and proper guidance for daily routine practice and diet plan. I was have knee pain since 4 years I am just 39 years. Doctor said osteoarthritis you have to take tablet to control joint erosion. But I am not agree to take tablet. I got Sai Sir number seven three three eight zero nine, eight seven zero eight from my friend and I started taking Yoga therapy to my knee joints. Now I am able to walk and stand without any pain I can play I can sit down. Really helpful

Sai Sir he has magical hand. He solved my Sciatica problem. I am very much thank to him I was suffering from Sciatica pain since 4 years. Before I was not able to sit, I can't stand more than 10 mins.. My sister given Sai Sir number she got number from sulekha. Sai Sir came to my home and started Yoga therapy 3 months ago, now I don't have any pain I can walk I can cook by standing long time .....

Neeru Mam has given me excellent Yoga classes. She is very well experienced and guide me on diets also as she is an Ayurvedic Doc she knows very well about the individual body type also. She teaches Yoga for passion and is never in hurry. She explains well and teaches patiently.
