We got a inverter and battery 3 months back. From the day one it is not working and when we called the person they are not responding properly and speak very rude. From the day we bought we have spent around 6k to find the fault and this is literary shattering.

Experienced bad service. Not responding to customer calls...purchased ups battery with this agency and done service with other agency....i won't recommend for any ups and battery purchase with these folks.

If I have option of 0 rating, I could have done that. They took my Luminous inverter(which was working) and battery for checking. After checking that they told the inverter board is having complaint. I told them to return the item. They brought back a faulty inverter and battery. The inverter is not in the condition in which they have taken it from here. Please do not even by mistake go to their premises. Its a request. I had even paid for nothing get done. Please do not keep these kind of people in your list Sulekha

Irudhiyaraj had a telephone conversation and helped me with the detailed estimate of the battery and also once he came in the installation process has been completed seemlessly and within 30 mins things were done with the warranty details and also the bills . Based on the estimate given prior to visit was accurate and nothing more than that
