The service provider is not able to identify the issue in O General window AC. Experimented with a problem and said that's not working after 4 days of follow up. Ultimately I wasted Rs1000/- on the service without a solution. Please don't avail their services.

I was really impressed with the level of service I received. I had a great experience with the ac service team at this company. They were very responsive and helpful, and they were able to resolve my issue quickly. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Absolutely pathetic AC service.
They came to check the AC for cleaning for 600 Rupees but instead said that there is a gas leak issue. He did not come on the day of appointment and came the next day.
He was asking for Rs.4000 for gas filling. When I asked what is the reason for the cost, he said that he is busy with other orders and to either go ahead with 4k or go elsewhere and to give him 200 for just coming home.
He spoke with the intention of not working so as to make an easy buck.
Would advise anyone to never ever take this service.
