Bad experience from the technician sent by SSSMART Gurgaon.I bought an AC on 19th May 2020 because of this hot summer.I have an infant of 3 months and had to buy in urgency. AC with an advance payment of 37800 INR with installation charges as 1500 Rs.This amount will not be mentioned on your bill.They sent the technician next day but promised that he will visit on same day.Installer(not from the company Daikin came to us on 20 May)***"Rajesh technician***+919582080699***said he will use a copper wire of 900 Rupees per meter.First they took 1500 at the shop,then they took 2500 again just for the copper wire stating 3 meter copper wire will be 2700 rupees.He could not complete the work in 1 day hence said he willl come next day and took another 1000 rupees.He said another drain pipe will be will be charged for 700 rupees.Irony is he has not provided any bill also has not been provided by SSSMART yet.They are not ready to share the name of the company of copper wire .

purchased univos stablizer 4kv from ab electronics mohan singh market in 2013.,,He gave me warranty of life time. Now he and his behaviour totally changed about warranty. So neither beleive on him nor purchase any goods from him.

This place is fine for small cups and plates. However, don't buy expensive electronic appliances from here. I got cheated big time. I had a few months ago bought a heater. The shopkeeper told me that currently wheels were not available, and they would get the heater delivered to my place in a couple of hours. Till 2 days nothing came. I again inquired, and he said the wheels had not arrived. Kept on buzzing him till a week. Finally I showed up at his place, and wanted the money back. That he would not give. I was forced to buy a heater from a local company. The moment I turned it on, oil started leaking, and the place was a mess. Subsequently, the shop stopped listening. I lost a total of 12,000 Rs. This place has no ethics, don't go there.

I have purchased this from this Arora Home Collection, The Purchase was not satisfactory, Because sometimes the Ac having an Issue, The Customer's satisfaction was not much good inside this shop, Not running Properly, The problem was happening often, I preferred this Llyod Brand Ac Duro Type, The cost of the Ac is 33500, I am not Satisfied with this Arora Business.
