they are really big cheats highly recommended not to buy anything from KBM they sold us a repaired old washing machine and their customer executives are pathetic. they really dont care after the product is sold they dont care about delivery or customer satisfaction. Worst e-store ever buy at your own risk.

Dont buy any product from them. I purchased one 5 star AC on 18 june 2017 and they delivered us 3 star AC. Model shown in showroom is different and delivered different model. Dont buy from them.

I purchased videocon washing machine from KBM electronics. Their service was very good and was delivered the same day. they gave the demo nicely and showed how to use. they charged Rs 11600 for my washing machine. I am satisfied with their service.

I have paid RS-2000 advance in KBM- Mayur Vihar branch and when I am requesting to return my money then they always used to give some new reason so not sure how to get my money back . I have visited KBM more than 5 times but not sure why they are not willing to return my money. i am highly frustrated.

Recently I have procured an Ogeneral brand AC from this business. The amount which I paid Rs.40,000 of capacity 1.5 ton. It was for my home purpose and I am very happy with my purchase.
