I took my laptop to this service center. The way approach in this center was good. The vendor updated operating system in my laptop. I did not pay money for this service because it was in the warranty period. Overall I am satisfied with their service."

I have taken services from Finetouch to change my iPhone 11 display but from the very 1st days, I started facing issues with them.
1. Screen touch issue
2. Display auto working
3. Brightness issue
4. Battery consumption issue
I connected with the service person/ customer support person but they are not answering my call. i tried from a different number they answered and start giving different type of excuses every time and after such excuses i have written a complaint on given email ID but they are asking for videos, after sharing 3 - 4 videos with them they deny from warranty and replacement and asking form for more money for new display.
Today I have discarded my mobile phone because of them.
I am writing this review after my bad experience and giving your suggestion. Please do not go with this company, they are fake and non professionals.
