"He is not only an awesome technician but a better individual. He fixed our TV and was very informative and helpful along the way. display issue was there on my sony tv where he repaired out .display was replaced where 3500 was paid out. Don't waste your time going to another place to get your tv fixed, he will let you know up front if your TV it's even good enough to be repaired, and if it's cost-effective, he's proud of his work and will go the extra mile to get the work done"

I have taken services from Finetouch to change my iPhone 11 display but from the very 1st days, I started facing issues with them.
1. Screen touch issue
2. Display auto working
3. Brightness issue
4. Battery consumption issue
I connected with the service person/ customer support person but they are not answering my call. i tried from a different number they answered and start giving different type of excuses every time and after such excuses i have written a complaint on given email ID but they are asking for videos, after sharing 3 - 4 videos with them they deny from warranty and replacement and asking form for more money for new display.
Today I have discarded my mobile phone because of them.
I am writing this review after my bad experience and giving your suggestion. Please do not go with this company, they are fake and non professionals.

Called them for split AC maintenance which was installed by them. They replaced cooling coil. Then there was water leakage and spillage problem. As per service condition, they had to attend to any service / issues within three months of repair / replacement, however they did not resolve the issue. They sent one engineer who came but could not recolve the water spillage from indoor unit issue. Then despite so many requests and reminder no one turned up. He made false committments and no one turned up. Finally I had to shell out Rs 900 /- to fix the problem.

Beware of this fraud shop nalanda electronics...ye cheej ko sahi krne ki jgh aur khrb krdega aur fir aur paise demand krega ye shop bht badi fraud h ...yaha se kuch bhi mt lena friends also kuch repair bhi mt krwaana bht pachtana pdega bht bade thag h ye log nalanda electronics...

Pathetic service. The owner is a cheater. He does not know how to work. Wasted my entire day for installing SSD and window. Then he started misbehaving with me over money. Not recommended at all.
