This man, Rupesh is a fraud..he offered to repair my karaoke for 1800, but finally charged me 2500, saying balance is for service.. tge karaoke wasn't satisfactorily repaired at all...and I also ended up paying what I had not bargained for.. Stay away from this guy

Ridiculous! Completely unprofessional service provider. Mr. Dinesh even not taking efforts to receive a single call and reply to email. I purchased 1 Lac SMS. I would not recommended to Tarang Infotech & Mr. Dinesh. I would prefer consumer court of not get any revert.

The person who had come as the dj was very punctual and the songs he played were also great. He was kind too. The sound quality of the songs were also great.

Over all it was great no issues at all with the product I rented, just two things they can improve 1. Price I felt was too high for one speaker and just for 3and half hours it was urgent for me so I accepted it. 2. Timings of taking the product back I told them 10pm and the guy was on the door at 10pm the need was completed so no issues happened but you should keep a buffer if it's a family function or party.
