Feel blatantly CHEATED out of booking and money both We were denied check-in after they took FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE (Hotel Booking via GOIBIBO: ID HTLDSJHW7D) Note: SCREENSHOTS ATTACHED at https://www.consumercomplaints.in/hotel-honest-borivali-feel-blatantly-cheated-out-of-booking-and-money-both-c2331449 of - the hotel policy in this link WHICH DOES NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT ANY "LOCAL ID" EVEN THOUGH DRIVING LICENSE WAS PRESENTED.
