Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Extremely slow and sluggish service , the diagnosis is not accurate and machines are worn out and not cleaned as per industry standards . The staff expects gains in return to giving reports . Please stay away from br diagnosis as they lack intent to deliver reports on time as the staff is incompetent and rude . Now after having spent 5000 rupee on test which is taken in advance and the staffs constant delays I am left with no other option but to spend additional money on getting mri for my daughter and she will have to go through the harmful rays of the mri machine again . We have already missed the doctors appointment due to delay in report and with the attitude of the centre it seems I will never recieve report . AVOID VISITING BR DIAGNOSIS AT ALL COST NO MATTER WHAT THE DISCOUNT,AS THE DISCOUNT IS FOR A REASON

WORST EXPERIENCE - dont use their service I went for MRI scan @ B R Diagnostics (GK1, Delhi) as recommended by LabsAdvisor. the moment i entered there, they asked me to make payment right away, and pushed me to the scan room. I asked the attendee to let me go to wash room then he said "abhi nahi!! test ke baad kar lena(not now, first go for scan)". They neither brief me about the procedure nor informed about how does it feel or for emergency situations. The major thing they did not even give/tell me about emergency switch. It was a complete TORTURE. Right after the scan, when i raised my concerns they did no bother to answer at all. And the final thing, they send reports as mobile clicked photo on whatsapp which you cant read or show to doctor. they cant send you pdf or physical copy.
