Not trustworthy, get involved with him to invite problems and pressures in life. Before giving the advance must verify the required permissions, approvals like irda, hmda, rera etc whenever applicable. Otherwise you will be finally looted and doomed. Paid 2L out of which he promised to give 55k back saying he spent remaining for planning(i don?t know). He gave 10k back till to date 2 yrs already

Substandard constructions.Takes money in advance does not do the work months together. Sub-contracts with unskilled and inexperienced workers. There was delay by six months. No regular visits to the site for effective supervision. Uses sub-standard material. Vanished from the site with out completion of lot of work. Lacks responsibility,coordination and cooperation. Sevral complaints received from the neighbors for spoiling their walls for which no remedial action taken. The work is not known.The construction was not done in a systematic manner. I request that this contractor may be black listed /disabled permanently in your App
