I had given my Epson L380 for repair. In the first place after they have taken your printer they do not give you a status report. You have to repeatedly call to know the position. First they told me that the Motherboard had to be replaced for which I had to pay 2500/- (they told me the Printhead is okay). Less than a month later the printer stopped working. When I called them they told me that now the Printhead had to be replaced at a cost of Rs 3500/-. After much delay and expense my printer has been returned. I ended up paying more than I would have for a new printer. This is the worst repairer you can go to. Unprofessional with Poor service besides fleecing the customer. Do not go near them.

My Printer was not working on few days before and I got repair service from this S. S. Enterprises Andheri East .they came and solved the problem and they collected 800 for the service charges.Glad service and this is very satisfactory. They collected nominal amount, now my printer works well. I am really happy to avail printer repair from this provider. They fixed issue quickly and in a smart way by the service provider. Useful service provided by them.
