iRecently I had booked a shipment from Balaji Courier & Cargo from Delhi to Canada. Initially they said we had to pay only 14k for 20KG shipment and there will be no hidden charges and we dont have to pay anything else. But these guys are big frauds once the parcel reached Canada, they levied a 80$ custom duty on it and they pressured us to pay the amount else parcel will be returned back. They assured us that they will compensate and refund this amount as this was their fault because they hid such charges. as student in canada I didnt have money but fearing that parcel will return I was forced to borrow money and pay the custom duty. Once I paid the custom duty these guys stopped picking up the call and now they are saying We wont pay you back. I have all the proofs including call recording where they had promised refund. These guys are big frauds and cheats. Should not book any parcel from them. I am now left with a debt of 80$ and as a student it is a big thing for me. Ms.A Gaurav

They are doing fraud... I paid to them and when time arrives they stop picking my call. I changed my number n tried, when they come to know dropped the call. Then again i paid to the delivery agent to get it done.. That too much delayed...

I booked a dress from 107f by ekansh n Kapil. They took the money prior and sent it thru this courier. It's more than a month nobody knows where the parcel is. This fellow Manish never receives the calls. Neither made the refund. So I paid for something i never received. Bloody cheats. Don't ever go to these guys n lose ur money.

Pathetic service. Contact them at your own risk! Ashu Malhotra from this company picked up our window AC on 15th Oct for home to home delivery from New Delhi to Dhanbad. It has been almost a month and we have no clue on the status. He has been taking us for a complete ride.. My messages and phone calls have gone unanswered. If we call him from unknown nos. then he assures delivery the next day.. the next day never comes. Filing a case in consumer forum now and raising an FIR. They are s fraud company.
